Walking around the mountains
With a short walk from our garden you reach the abandoned ruins of the foundations of the medieval castle that once stood on the top of the Rock of Baiedo. From this ancient strategic point there is a fabulous view of the valley.
If you enjoy walking there are many paths that lead to all our mountain destinations, including the famous Sassi Rossi, the pasture of Nava of Baiedo, San Calimero, and the spectacular massif of Grigne. Crossing the Regional Park of the Northern Grigna you will know the flora, the fauna and the geological history of our territory. The trails have different levels of difficulty, from elementary to those requiring specialist equipment.
Exploring the valley floor
What about riding a bike, riding a horse or playing mini golf and tennis? All these activities are along the pedestrian and cycle track which runs through the valley floor for 9.2 km alongside the Pioverna river. Book with us in advance and you’ll get discounts for bike rental and for mini golf play at the Antonio III Minigolf in Pasturo, for horseback riding, riding lessons and hippotherapy at the Prima Luna Equestrian Center, and to access the Primaluna Tennis Center.
